Welcome! I’m Dr. Afshan Arshad, a passionate General Practitioner dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered healthcare. I have over five years of clinical experience and have worked in different medical settings, including emergency departments and highly-specialized nephrology units, to provide high-quality care to my patients.
I believe that healthcare goes beyond treating illnesses—it’s about educating, empowering, and guiding individuals toward longterm well-being. My approach is rooted in preventive medicine, ensuring that my patients receive not only the best treatments but also the knowledge and support needed to lead healthier lives. Whether it’s managing acute medical conditions, creating personalized treatment plans for chronic diseases, or providing expert consultations in family medicine and dermatology, my focus is always on compassion, quality, and precision.
I hold an MBBS degree and am currently pursuing MRCGP, further strengthening my expertise in family medicine. I have obtained internationally recognized certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS, along with specialized training in aesthetic medicine and dermatology. Beyond clinical practice, I am actively involved in medical research as a part of my commitment to continuous learning and medical advancement.
I am currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I am licensed under the Department of Health (Abu Dhabi) and available for consultations in family medicine, emergency care, and dermatology.
